Title: Project Manager Location: MOUNT CLEMENS, MI 48043 Duration: 12months

Position Summary Project Managers are responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and controlling projects associated with new product development, product cost reduction, and industrialization. The candidate must possess the drive to become a future leader who delivers outstanding results in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

Core Responsibilities Responsible for small to medium complexity and risk-level projects. Manages new product, process, or cost initiatives and delivers on quality, timing, and cost targets. Leads cross-functional teams and interfaces with all internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects. Works with customers to ensure projects meet customer requirements. Ensures proper coordination, prioritization, and communication of project objectives. Pursues execution excellence utilizing standardized project management tools and compliance to *** processes. Additional Responsibilities

Acts as an ambassador of project management to the global community. Shares project management skills and knowledge. Benchmarks best practices to improve internal processes. Core Competencies

Intermediate or higher capability in Microsoft Project. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Education/Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) required. PMP certification or equivalent preferred. Required Qualifications

Strong manufacturing process background. Minimum 3 years of experience leading initiatives. Strong teamwork and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation creation. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in engineering, business development, or manufacturing, or related education.
