IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients in Mount Clemens, MI. This role is pivotal in driving projects related to new product development, cost reduction, and industrialization. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager: Lead and manage projects of small to medium complexity, ensuring quality, timing, and cost targets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain communication with all internal departments to ensure project milestones are achieved. Engage with customers to ensure project deliverables align with their requirements. Utilize standardized project management tools to drive execution excellence and adhere to established processes. Act as an ambassador for project management, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance internal processes. Required Skills for Project Manager: Strong background in manufacturing processes with a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities independently.
