Description

Join Our Team as a Project Manager - Build Your Career with Purpose

Do you like staying on the move-splitting your time between job sites, client check-ins, and keeping projects running smoothly from the office? Are you organized, driven, and motivated by results? Do you thrive in a role where you're constantly solving problems, communicating with people, and moving projects forward? If so, Valcore Construction might be the perfect fit for you.

Valcore Construction is a well-established and growing company with a strong reputation throughout Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Our Project Managers are trusted professionals who guide clients through residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish-making sure things get done right, on time, and with first-class service.

This is a salaried, full-time position with benefits that blends about 50% in-the-field work with 50% in-office coordination. You'll be part of a fun, humble, hard-working team that treats each other like family. If you spend your weekends wrenching on old trucks, exploring off-road trails, or tackling hands-on projects just for fun-you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM): • Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, referral partners, and vendors to keep construction projects moving and stress-free. • Perform property inspections, site walks, measurements, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and professionalism on every project. • Communicate proactively with clients, crews, and teammates to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. • Maintain documentation, job notes, and photos in our CRM to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate records. • Drive project momentum by answering client questions, coordinating next steps with the team, and solving problems before they become delays. • Represent Valcore with professionalism, confidence, and personality in every interaction. • Proactively grow your project pipeline by nurturing past relationships and creating new connections that lead to future opportunities.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For: • Hungry, self-motivated, and ready to work hard from 8-5 with focused effort and a positive attitude. • Excellent follow-through habits and strong interpersonal communication skills. • Physically capable of carrying and properly setting a ladder, and comfortable working in all weather conditions. • A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required. • Must pass a pre-hire drug screening and be subject to random drug testing. • Construction experience is helpful but not required-we're willing to train the right person with the right mindset. • Bonus if you have drone experience or have worked in a client-facing or project-based role before. • Someone who sees every conversation as a chance to build trust and open doors-who's always connecting the dots to future business. • This role occasionally involves lifting bundles of shingles (approximately 70-90 lbs). It typically happens at the end of a job during clean-up, and on average, you'll lift no more than 8 bundles per project-not an all-day, every-day task, but something to be physically prepared for. • This isn't a "wait for leads and coast" kind of job. We're looking for go-getters who take ownership, bring energy, and show up ready to make things happen-every single day.
