This role will report directly to the VP of Technology, the Technical Project Manager will lead complex, high-impact technical initiatives from inception to delivery. This contract role offer the opportunity to transition into a full-time position, making it ideal for candidates who want to showcase their expertise in a fast-moving, innovative-driven environment while contributing to impactful projects across a global organization.

Key

responsibilities: Plan, manage and deliver complex technical projects, ensuring they meet business and stakeholder expectations. Interpret and translate intricate technical requirements for cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources and global teams to ensure seamless execution. Utilize project management tools - including Microsoft Azure DevOps, Smartsheet and Monday.com - for tracking, reporting and collaboration. Monitor progress, budgets, risks and timelines, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Prepare and deliver status updates and reports to the VP of Technology and other senior leaders. The

person:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology-driven environments. Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and requirements. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Strong communication with oral and written, stakeholder management and analytical skills. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with high-availability call center environments and operations. Experience with telecom software such as Twilio, Genesys or Asterisk preferred. Knowledge of resource allocation, forecasting and budgeting in technical environments.
