Salary: $120,000 – $160,000
We’re seeking a seasoned
Project Manager
to oversee and coordinate major
construction
projects in the greater Chicago area. This is a key leadership role managing everything from scheduling to subcontractor coordination on high-impact infrastructure work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead administration and execution of one or more highway and bridge construction projects
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and deliverables
Coordinate closely with field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner representatives
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Oversee procurement, documentation, and communication across the project lifecycle
Who We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing heavy civil projects (bridge and/or highway required)
Strong understanding of construction schedules, logistics, and resource management
Excellent coordination and communication skills with field and office teams
Ability to lead subcontractors and suppliers toward common project goals
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus
