CLINICAL SUPERVISOR LCADC
A leading Behavioral Healthcare and Substance Abuse treatment organization in Essex County has a full-time opening for a Clinical Supervisor for our Partial Care/IOP day treatment programs. Please note that an LCADC is required for this position.
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and supervision for clinical staff and carries a caseload of substance abuse clients as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitate intake assessments as needed.
Provide staff supervision, training and program oversight.
Provide group and individual counseling.
Performing timely EHR records documentation.
Work as a part of our Treatment Planning Team.
Provide direct case management services to actively enrolled clients.
Conducts staff supervision per State licensing standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years substance abuse experience. Master’s degree in a human services field Experience with Co-occurring mental health populations. Strong oral and written communication skills Must possess an LCADC.
CCS supervisory certification a plus
Additional licensure a plus (LPC, LCSW)
Experience with NJSAMS a plus.
Pay: $27 to $35 per hour - ($56,000 to $72,000) + generous benefits package
Schedule:
8 hour shift - Flexible hours
Day shift
Monday to Friday - No Weekends
