Oversee all clinical teammates and programs, providing clinical guidance, direction, training, assessment, and feedback for all clinical staff. Maintain a high level of performance; operate with minimal supervision and possess clear knowledge of agency policies and procedures including corrective action and grievance adherence. Ensure compliance of the clinical program with CARF, DMHAS, and other state/federal standards, including confidential regulations. Monitor daily flow of all clinical programs, adjust staff and program schedules as needed, and oversee patient participation and engagement. Monitor quality assurance of all clinical records, documentation, and confidentiality; facilitate/co-facilitate clinical meetings addressing behavioral and clinical concerns, progress, and crisis intervention. Provide direct observation of individual and group counseling sessions, assess counseling and intervention skills, provide feedback and training, and oversee counseling documentation and supervisor approvals as required. Provide timely performance evaluations for all clinical staff, conduct probationary reviews, and ensure annual documentation of licensure and continuing education hours. Address incident reports related to clinical issues, assess risk factors, and manage quality assurance issues. Support census stability by facilitating groups, carrying patient caseloads when needed, and performing tasks in the absence of administrative staff. Assist in maintaining census through presentations at conferences, EAPs, and referral sources; support transition planning and AMA reduction efforts. Assess participant needs through outcome surveys, suggestions, and meetings to ensure consistent, quality care, with program development adjustments as needed. Communicate with the Executive Director and administrative staff; provide periodic updates and approve administrative decisions affecting clinical staff and programs. Attend team meetings and complete required trainings; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Two (2) years of experience in substance use and/or behavioral health, including group and individual counseling with treatment planning skills and case management. Philosophical alignment with treatments and the twelve-step concept. Licensure and/or certification within the state of employment: LCADC and CCS preferred; LPC or LCSW with CCS preferred; LPC or LCSW with board supervisor certificate and LCADC preferred. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings and conferences. Education & Licenses
