What You'll Be Doing Lead the execution of comprehensive safety strategies across Aggregates, Stabilized Materials, and Concrete operations.

Foster a proactive safety culture by engaging, training, and coaching employees at all levels of the organization.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Conduct analysis of safety performance data to identify trends and develop targeted improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with operational leaders to effectively integrate safety into business planning and strategic decision-making.

What Are We Looking For Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in safety across aggregates, ready mix, asphalt, transportation, construction, or industrial environments.

Proven track record of successfully managing structured safety programs in complex, multi-site operations.

Strong knowledge of MSHA Part 46/48, DOT compliance, and applicable safety regulations.

Experience in incident investigation, conducting safety audits, risk mitigation, training, and managing workers’ compensation programs.

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credentials preferred.

Excellent communicator with the ability to influence teams and promote an inclusive, safety-first culture.

Work Environment This role involves traveling regularly across various sites, working in both indoor and outdoor environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this dynamic role. Physical Demands of the Job Ability to walk, stand, and navigate uneven terrain in industrial outdoor environments.

Must be able to wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.

Occasionally lift materials or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and around heavy machinery.

Able to drive for extended periods and travel frequently to multiple locations.
