Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role managing projects in Savannah and surrounding areas. As the PM, you may be responsible for managing all aspects of a project from pre-construction through completion, from executing the initial contract and developing the construction plan, to budgeting and managing delivery of components, scheduling subcontractors, and anything else needed to deliver excellent quality projects on time and on budget.
Qualifications
6-10 years of Commercial Construction experience End-to-end Project Management experience in commercial, industrial, government, healthcare, or related sectors Ability to manage ground-up projects and large renovation projects individually or as part of a team Proficiency with scheduling (Suretrak, MS Project) and BIM software and processes Budgeting proficiency Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Commitment to quality work, developing new skills, and being a valued colleague, and partner to clients Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What We Offer
