IP Biotech Litigation Attorney

Our client is a top firm, seeking an IP biotech litigation associate in Washington, DC. The salary for this role is between $260,000 to $365,000. Qualifications 3-5 years of patent litigation experience involving biologics, pharmaceuticals, chemical or biotech, and PTAB. Experience on BPCIA and/or Hatch Waxman litigation matters is a plus. Advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field. USPTO registration is preferred. Strong academic credentials. Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
