6–8-hour shifts Required 1 weekend shift Days and evening shifts available Weekends, evenings, and holidays are required Responsibilities
Directly assist the Retreat Director in supervising all aspects of Retreat operations, including driving revenue and profitability, inventory management, and adherence to brand systems and processes with consistency per shift Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; provide in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training for Front Desk Team Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions; set an example for the team Manage team member schedules to ensure proper execution of daily operations Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual and team goals; create and execute plans to meet or exceed goals Lead by example to achieve personal and team goals Qualifications
At least 1-year face-to-face sales or retail management experience Self-starter with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution Ability to develop positive relationships with employees and provide coaching/mentoring with discipline Working knowledge of computers and standard software Basic business math skills Ability to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Company overview
