We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality infrastructure that serves communities.

Salary Range:

up to $179,000 + annual bonus Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of water/wastewater infrastructure projects up to $15M Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor coordination Lead project planning, procurement, and execution Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards Facilitate project meetings and maintain accurate documentation Analyze project costs, cash flow, and profitability Collaborate with owners, engineers, and field teams Mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement Required Qualifications: 4 to 6+ years of project management experience specifically managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience managing construction projects over $5M Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.) Familiarity with CMR and Design-Build delivery methods OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) Willingness to travel and work in varying climate conditions Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
