What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead all aspects of project execution plans, ensuring integration of all functional teams Develop project execution scenarios and prepare resource plans Identify project risks and maintain a Project Risk Register for each assigned project Serve as the main point of contact for project activities with internal and external stakeholders Prepare “Lessons Learned” reports post-project completion What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred Minimum of ten years of diversified project experience in the energy industry Proven experience as a Project Manager responsible for all project functions from inception to closeout Familiarity with the FERC process preferred Ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance objectives for capital projects How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with federal agency permitting processes Strong leadership skills demonstrated in previous project management roles Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex agreements Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams Ability to work under pressure and make decisions impacting project success
