Project Manager
with deep experience in luxury homebuilding to join our team.
***HOME PRICES MINIMUM $5 MILLION***
Position Summary
We are seeking a
Project Manager
to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end custom home projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing custom luxury residential builds—not multi-family or production homes—and must be proficient in
Procore
construction management software.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full cycle of custom home projects from pre-construction through completion
Oversee all field operations, including subcontractors, schedules, budgets, quality control, and client communications
Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and inspectors
Maintain and utilize
Procore
to manage project timelines, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and progress tracking
Ensure adherence to design specifications and top-tier construction standards
Address and resolve construction issues proactively
Monitor safety compliance and job site protocols
Qualifications
Minimum 5–10 years of experience
in high-end custom home construction
Prior work in
South Florida
Not applicable : production homebuilders
Proficiency in
Procore
is
required
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple luxury projects simultaneously
Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : Approximately $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
