Heavy Civil PM - Turn-Key Sitework

(Savannah, GA) Take the lead on full-site development projects-including grading, utilities, and paving-for a well-established heavy civil contractor in the Southeast. You'll manage high-value public and private jobs in the fast-growing Savannah market, guiding teams, keeping projects on schedule and budget, and building strong client relationships along the way. They offer: Long-standing stability with a strong reputation in the market A family-oriented, values-driven culture focused on safety, quality, and professional growth Opportunities to advance into senior leadership roles through internal promotion and mentorship A diverse portfolio including highways, site development, and large-scale public and private projects What You'll Do Manage sitework projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and compliance Coordinate grading, utilities, and paving scopes to ensure seamless delivery Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to drive safe, productive field operations Build relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly Monitor progress, costs, and performance to meet schedule and budget targets Mentor field staff and support their professional growth Tackle challenges head-on and implement solutions in real time What We're Looking For 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally in sitework or heavy civil Strong foundation in grading, utilities, or paving Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills Comfort with construction technology (P6, Bluebeam, MS Office, or similar) Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Prior DOT/public project experience a plus Pay & Benefits Competitive salary ($85,000 - $125,000 DOE), annual bonus opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision/life/disability coverage, 401(k) with match, company vehicle, childcare assistance, and clear path for long-term advancement.
