Heavy Civil Project Manager – Turnkey Sitework (Savannah, GA)

What You’ll Do

• Manage sitework projects from preconstruction through closeout (budgets, schedules, contracts, compliance)
• Coordinate grading, utilities, and paving scopes
• Partner with Superintendents and Foremen on field operations
• Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, costs, and performance against targets
• Mentor field staff and support professional development
• Implement real-time solutions to project challenges

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years construction experience (sitework/heavy civil preferred)
• Strong background in grading, utilities, or paving
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction technology (P6, Bluebeam, MS Office)
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• DOT/public project experience a plus

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $125,000 –$140,000 DOE
