Founding Account Executive – Boston | Mid-Market SaaS | Equity Included Rec Gen is hiring a Founding AE for a profitable, product-led SaaS company based in Boston. They’re solving a real pain point for GTM and marketing teams and already have strong traction. This is a true 0 to 1 role. You’ll work directly with the co-founders, sell a product with fast value delivery, and help shape the entire go-to-market motion from the ground up. The Role
Full-cycle sales from outbound to close Close $15K to $30K ACV deals with a 30-day sales cycle Build pipeline through cold calls, email, and in-person meetings Collaborate with another founding AE and the leadership team Work on-site in Boston 4 to 5 days a week Help scale the company from early wins to repeatable revenue What They’re Looking For
Experience selling SaaS into the mid-market Closed deals in the $15K to $30K ACV range Previous startup or early-stage experience Strong outbound motion, cold calls, walk-ins, and closing Comfortable operating with limited structure Bonus if you’ve sold into Marketing, GTM, Sales or RevOps teams The Offer
