You will report directly to the Sr Engineering Manager and you\'ll work out of our Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the mechanical design process by delivering high-quality and reliable products that meet customer needs and expectations. Your insights and recommendations will help drive the company\'s strategic direction in mechanical design and development. Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive the mechanical design process, from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements and specifications. Design and develop complex mechanical systems, components, and assemblies. Your insights and recommendations will help drive the company\'s strategic direction in mechanical design and development. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 2+ years of experience in mechanical design and development. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Be a US Persons Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience in product testing and validation. Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. The annual base salary range for this position is $82,400 - $103,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
