Financial Compliance Analyst LOCATION:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements JOB DESCRIPTION: Review and analyze performer-submitted invoices, and perform in-depth financial analysis of federal, cost share, and category amounts, including verifying invoice costs against Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) cost regulations. You'll interface with programmatic Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) staff daily to resolve any outstanding invoice issues and assist the programmatic SETAs with any specific performer financial questions. You'll have the opportunity to draft monthly invoice status reports to assist the task lead with gauging invoice backlog and approval status, and you'll assist with supporting any ad-hoc financial tasks, including reconciling performer invoices, accounts, or program outlays. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (no degree equivalence accepted). 2+ years of experience with financial or billing analysis. Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of financial or compliance auditing.
