Job Description

Plan and oversee all phases of property construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in construction project management. The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

A strong understanding of construction project management principles and best practices. Experience managing property construction projects from inception to completion. Proficiency in construction software tools and project management platforms. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively. Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders and present project updates. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. What's on Offer
