As a Presales SAP Transformation Architect, you’ll be a strategic technical leader guiding Fortune 500 clients through complex SAP modernization journeys. You’ll architect intelligent solutions that position Pega as the orchestration and experience layer over SAP ERP, driving agility, automation, and AI-powered decisioning. You’ll collaborate with global partners and executive stakeholders to shape the future of enterprise transformation. What You\'ll Do

Lead executive-level engagements to assess SAP R/3 landscapes and architect modernization roadmaps toward S/4HANA with Pega integration. You will be the driving force behind Pega\'s internal/external strategic client engagement & modernization leadership. Co-create transformation strategies with GSI partners (Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, EY, Accenture, Deloitte). Facilitate AI-driven discovery workshops using Pega GenAI Knowledge Buddy and Process AI. Design composable enterprise solutions with Pega as the intelligent experience and orchestration layer over SAP ERP and S/4HANA. Define architectural patterns for wrapping SAP capabilities (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report). Drive advanced Integration & Technology Leadership for our external clients and partners. Architect secure, scalable integrations between SAP systems (via Connect SAP rules, Service SAP rules, BAPIs, OData, IDocs, RFCs, SAP BTP) and Pega. Who You Are

A seasoned SAP transformation expert with deep knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA. A strategic thinker who thrives in client-facing roles and excels at aligning technical solutions with business goals. A collaborative leader with experience working alongside GSIs on complex transformation programs. A passionate innovator who embraces AI, low-code, and composable architecture principles. A hands-on Pega architect with experience designing enterprise-grade solutions on Pega Platform (v8.4+) preferred. What You\'ve Accomplished

8+ years of SAP consulting experience with proven success in R/3 to S/4HANA migrations. 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions on Pega Platform. Expertise in SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors) and modern integration patterns. Strong command of Pega’s SAP integration tools and enterprise middleware technologies. Demonstrated success in executive communication and stakeholder alignment. Preferred skills:

SAP certifications in relevant modules or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, or specialized credentials). Experience with Pega GenAI and AI-powered process optimization. Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with hybrid architecture experience. Industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Telecommunications. Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
