Administrative Assistant
Location:
Hoboken, NJ (On-site, 5 days per week) Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 (plus full benefits) We are seeking a polished and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the President of a professional services organization. This individual will work closely with another Administrative Assistant to provide seamless support, ensuring constant coverage and efficient operations. Responsibilities: Provide direct administrative support to the President, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Partner with another Administrative Assistant to share responsibilities, back each other up, and ensure smooth daily operations. Liaise with the President’s part-time remote assistant for continuity of tasks. Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups. Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, travel coordination, and expense reporting. Represent the organization with professionalism and discretion at all times. Qualifications: Prior administrative experience in a professional business environment required. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and handle shifting demands. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable. Ability to commute reliably to Hoboken, NJ, with flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office tools. Compensation & Benefits: $55,000 – $70,000 annual salary (exempt, no overtime). Second-round interview with HR Director and President (may be combined if scheduling permits).
