My client, a highly reputable and well-established general contracting firm headquartered in Richmond, VA. Specializing in both new construction and renovations, working on projects ranging from
$10M to $80M , with some exceeding

Job Description
As a
Project Manager , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of construction projects, from preconstruction through completion. Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders. Managing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and progress updates. Proactively identifying and resolving project challenges to keep work on track. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a
seasoned construction professional
with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects. Key qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree
in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Approximately 10 years of combined industry experience. Experience overseeing
large-scale commercial construction projects
from start to completion, with project values ranging from
$20M to $150M+ . Any
higher education or K-12 experience
is a plus but not required. Strong tenure at current and previous employers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual will be
based out of the Staunton, VA office . What's on Offer
