Front Desk Administrator Bilingual in Spanish to join our team! What you will be doing Manage daily office operations, including opening and closing during business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm). Screen and direct phone calls, maintain the telecommunication system, and greet and direct visitors. Handle mail and packages, coordinate meetings, and manage conference room schedules. Supervise kitchen cleanliness and office supplies, placing orders as needed. Act as a point of contact for building maintenance and equipment service providers. Set up work areas for new employees, maintain telephone extensions, and support IT issue resolution. Assist in coordinating company events such as the Summer Outing, Holiday Party, and other special occasions. What you will bring along
2+ years as Administrative Assistant and Receptionist Robust work ethic and schedule flexibility Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, scheduling, and calendaring Skills in event planning Bilingual in Spanish highly desired Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledgeable in customer service principles and processes High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred We Take Care of Our People – we offer competitive salary & employee benefits
