This pivotal role will involve designing, architecting, and implementing innovative solutions while leading a growing engineering team. You will work in close collaboration with the co-founders to enhance the technology's core components and propel product innovation forward. Your expertise will be key in improving existing systems and creating new ones, both independently and in a team setting. To be successful in this role, you should have a demonstrated history of strong people leadership, an action-oriented mindset, and hands-on experience architecting and deploying agentic AI systems. Proficiency in at least one agentic framework, alongside familiarity with others, is essential. Candidates must also possess extensive experience with cutting-edge large language models (LLMs), particularly in fine-tuning and production deployment. The ideal applicant will thrive in fast-paced startup environments, collaborating effectively with global teams. Expertise in React and proficiency in either Python or Node.js is a must, along with a solid foundation in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and LLM technologies.
