Our client, a general contractor, based in Leesburg, VA, specializes in Job Order Contracting (JOC) and small to mid-size construction projects for public sector clients, including K-12 schools, municipalities, and local government agencies. Projects typically range from $50K to $3M and include renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and small base building work. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company at the ground level. Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Municipal/Gov Projects - NoVA will:

Assist Project Managers on 2-4 active projects Perform construction administration tasks: submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes Participate in estimating and proposal preparation Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Conduct site visits and attend project meetings Maintain project documentation using Procore and Microsoft Office tools Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Project Manager - Municipal/Gov Projects - NoVA will have:

1-3 years of experience in commercial or government construction Ability to manage small projects independently (under $500K) is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Estimating experience is highly preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, and Procore Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn What's on Offer
