Job Description
Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing schedules, controlling costs, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining clear communication with clients, engineers, and the construction team.

The Successful Applicant
Experience:
Several years of experience in project management, with specific experience on structural concrete projects. Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, building products, and relevant project management technology. Financial Acumen:
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Documentation:
Fluency in reading plans, specifications, and related project documents. Education:
