Scroll No More
Scroll No More, Inc. is a fast-growing creative studio and live-commerce agency based in San Diego. We produce live shows, manage multiple studio spaces, and work with major brands and hosts to create viral online content.
We’re looking for a
driven, organized, and adaptable Executive Assistant
who thrives in an environment where no two days look the same. This person will be the face of our studio and the right hand to our leadership team, helping keep everything (and everyone) running smoothly. You’ll manage schedules, keep studio calendars accurate, coordinate brand outreach, assist with hiring logistics, and occasionally jump in to support our content and production team. Some days you’ll be deep in email management and scheduling; other days, you’ll be welcoming guests or helping line up a live shoot. If you’re someone who brings calm to busy environments, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in being
the person who makes things happen , we’d love to meet you. Tasks
Manage and coordinate all executive and studio calendars — keeping schedules accurate, organized, and conflict-free. Act as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting guests, answering calls, and keeping the studio running smoothly. Handle daily brand outreach (25–50 messages) and follow-ups to connect with potential partners and schedule meetings. Support leadership with inbox management, email drafting, and communication follow-ups. Keep studio operations on track, ensuring products, hosts, and filming schedules are prepped and ready each day. Occasionally assist on or off camera for studio content or live shoots. Maintain organization across documents, contacts, and systems, anticipating needs before they arise. Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail in every interaction. Requirements
1+ years in an
Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Operations role,
ideally supporting leadership or running a busy office. Experience managing
multiple calendars, scheduling meetings , and coordinating moving pieces between teams. Background in
customer service, hospitality, or production environments
is a plus (you’ll be around talent, guests, and clients daily). Bonus points if you’ve handled
email or LinkedIn outreach
or worked with
brands or influencer partnerships . Benefits
We believe in flexibility, growth, and recognition over bureaucracy. You’ll have the freedom to shape your role, earn bonuses based on performance, and grow directly alongside company leadership. All benefits will be discussed and negotiated at the time of offer for the right candidate. If you’re ready to grow, take ownership, and bring a little style to the systems, this is your sign. Apply now and let’s get to work.
