Job Description

Serve as the primary site leader, overseeing superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive successful project delivery. Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and quality. Direct and coordinate all field operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. Lead and manage labor and subcontractors to meet performance goals and deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design consultants, project managers, inspectors, and utility representatives. Enforce all safety protocols and oversee quality control to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules, daily reports, and project documentation. Manage cost control, invoicing, and financial tracking to support accurate project forecasting. Proactively resolve day-to-day field challenges to keep projects on track. The Successful Applicant

Proven superintendent experience (5+ years), ideally in light industrial projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, or tilt-wall facilities Strong leadership skills to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project teams Expertise in scheduling, cost control, and delivering projects on time and within budget Committed to safety, quality, and adherence to industry standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve day-to-day field challenges Strong communication skills for coordinating with owners, inspectors, and project stakeholders Detail-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, evolving project environments Ability to maintain positive working relationships and foster collaboration across teams What's on Offer
