What You'll Do Lead and participate in the installation of metal and wall panel systems on commercial projects, ensuring work meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Supervise and train field crews, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Coordinate daily operations, including labor, materials, and scheduling, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Monitor project progress, proactively address on-site challenges, and minimize delays or rework. Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and effective material coordination. Maintain accurate records of job progress, material usage, and crew hours, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Assist with budget tracking and project cost management to support financial objectives. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial wall panel or metal installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Proficiency in commercial wall panel systems and metal installation, including ACM, IMP, single skin, and standing seam roof systems. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to technical work. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. OSHA 30 Certification preferred; additional roofing or construction certifications are a plus. Ability to work at heights, in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
