Our client, the Global Leader in Technology s seeking a

seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM)

to lead web-based project delivery for our gaming studio's primary website. This role is critical in shaping the roadmap for front-end experiences, managing platform-wide web initiatives, and ensuring compliance across all web properties. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, offshore/onshore developers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, reliable, and high-impact web features.

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of roadmap goals in 3-month increments. Drive front-end experience delivery and platform-level improvements across the main website. Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, etc.) across time zones (onshore/offshore). Collaborate with leadership to prioritize tasks and track progress against key milestones. Facilitate effective communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders. Own the web experimentation strategy, including A/B testing frameworks and results analysis. Identify and mitigate risks early to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee feature builds and ensure high-quality releases using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Continuously optimize front-end tech and back-end architecture with developers. What's Needed?

7+ years of experience

in Technical Program Management or similar roles. Proven track record of delivering

web-based applications/platforms

at scale. Experience with

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

or similar CMS platforms. Strong understanding of

SDLC methodologies

(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Expertise in

A/B testing , experimentation design, and analysis. Proficiency with

data analytics platforms

and interpreting insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable leading meetings (60% of the role) and performing focused execution work (40%). What's in it for me?
