Service Management and Execution Team , which drives strategy, training, and engagement initiatives for
Customer Support Account Managers (CSAMs) . The person in this role will help organize, coordinate, and deliver key programs that improve how CSAMs perform and connect as a community. It's a
support/project coordination role
that involves prepping presentation materials, managing meeting logistics, and collaborating across teams.

Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and risks Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams What's Needed?
Proven experience in project management or related roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of project management tools and software What's in it for me?
