The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President, Program Manager to spearhead a transformative multi-year program revamping its front, middle, and back-office capabilities. This crucial role is integral to the company's strategic vision of enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence for its investment teams. The ideal candidate will take charge of executing the program, ensuring the timely achievement of key milestones while aligning outcomes with the overarching strategic goals.
Key responsibilities encompass program governance, stakeholder management, and contributing to the establishment of a forward-thinking operating model. We're seeking a detail-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused leader with a robust background in financial services, specifically in program or transformation leadership. Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with at least 8 years dedicated to program or transformation leadership.
A deep understanding of investment management operations and the full investment lifecycle is crucial, including expertise in ABOR, IBOR, and transaction management systems. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is risk-aware and adept at implementing risk frameworks within transformation initiatives.
The perfect candidate will be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with both internal and external teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale enterprise technology programs. Strong influencing skills and the ability to thrive in a matrixed, global organization are essential.
