In this key position, you will cultivate strong relationships with execution leads and stakeholders across the Risk organization, spearhead working groups, and ensure efficient synthesis and reporting on compliance progress. Your expertise in risk management processes and regulatory frameworks, especially related to BCBS 239, will be crucial for success. As the primary liaison for the Risk area, you will handle escalations and provide essential support to guarantee smooth collaboration with Product, Operations, Technology, and Data teams. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have professional certifications such as PMP, FRM, or PRM. Proven experience in program management, a robust background in risk management, and familiarity with the financial services sector are essential. Strong capabilities in strategic planning, program leadership, and effective communication are critical, along with the ability to persuade stakeholders across different teams. This role also demands excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational prowess, and the ability to manage risks and compliance-related issues effectively.
