Job Description
Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and objectives. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Oversee the procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, resolving issues as they arise. Lead project meetings and coordinate communication among all parties involved. Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary. A strong background in project management within the commercial construction industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
