PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Exciting Opportunity:
Play a key role in developing a new and rapidly growing practice in a brand-new facility.
Ideal Candidate:
Leadership skills, energetic team-player, passionate about patient care in the Northland.
Support & Development:
Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.
High-Quality Practice Model:
Integrates 4 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff. Promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience.
Specialty Outreach Services:
Weekly visits to the clinic, fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.
Clinic Hours:
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Your hours are flexible in that footprint.
Hospital Rounding:
Option to join the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired.
Medical Records:
EPIC system.

Clinic site is approximately 14 miles from Duluth – Population: 87,000
COMPENSATION
$323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
