What you'll be doing: Owning and expanding our Private Jet Charter client portfolio across North America Hunting for new business – build your book through cold outreach, warm leads, and referrals Delivering first-class service to clients and suppliers alike – every time Retain and grow existing relationships with key clients and trusted operators Manage the full sales cycle: building quotes, managing bookings, and making sure every flight goes off without a hitch Working cross-functionally with our global teams to keep things smooth and efficient Staying on top of industry trends and competitor moves to stay ahead of the curve Be ready to jump in - including out-of-hours support and a rotating 24/7 duty schedule What we are looking for: Proven sales experience – you're driven by targets, success, and delivering value Customer-first mindset, anticipating needs and go the extra mile Confident communicator on the phone and in writing Comfortable working solo and as part of a high-performing team Sharp attention to detail – especially when it comes to contracts and CRM systems Strong Commercial awareness and ability to build relationships Bonus if you’ve worked in aviation, travel, or sales – but not essential if you’re a fast learner Why join us?
