The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial operations, strategic planning, and fiscal health of the organization. This leader partners closely with the executive team to ensure sustainability, growth, and compliance with all regulatory and reimbursement requirements. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, forward-thinking finance executive who combines strategic acumen with operational precision to drive organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Direct daily financial operations and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory guidelines Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and accounting systems Oversee billing, reimbursement, collections, and payroll functions Prepare and present monthly financial statements and reports to senior leadership and governing bodies Develop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial projections Manage internal audits, insurance coverage, and risk management Serve as primary liaison to external auditors, tax consultants, and Medicare fiscal intermediaries Provide financial leadership for strategic planning and growth initiatives Partner with organizational leaders to evaluate contracts and business opportunities Benefits
