Job Description
The
Sr. Director, Head of Forecasting
will lead the North American forecasting function, developing strategy, methodologies, processes, and technologies that support informed decision-making and planning across the organization. This leader will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, FP&A, and Global Forecasting to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable forecasts for both in-line and pipeline products. Responsibilities Lead forecast development, integrating market research and secondary data, and driving alignment on key assumptions and scenario planning. Must have a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex information to senior leadership. Lead continuous improvement efforts, influence cross-functional partners, and ensure forecast outputs reflect market dynamics, brand opportunities, and risks. Requirements 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting or consulting Strong leadership and communication skills Expertise in data sources such as IQVIA, claims, and EPI data Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Experience managing direct reports and presenting to executives Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment This position plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy and driving business growth.
