Ocala, Florida.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving performance improvement initiatives.

Provide leadership and management for the Emergency Department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices. Maintain readiness for emergencies and coordinate drills and training sessions. Participate in community outreach and education programs related to emergency care and public health. Candidate requirements
A bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification are preferred. Master's degree in nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of nursing experience in an emergency department setting, and at least 2 years of leadership or management experience in emergency services. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
