Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues. Manage and resolve any challenges or changes that arise during project execution. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction. Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring timely availability for project needs. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:
Experience managing commercial construction projects within the business services industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
