Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Review and approve project plans, budgets, and timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing construction projects of varying sizes and scopes. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
