We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to join a top ENR-ranked general contractor with a strong national presence. This family-owned firm has decades of experience delivering complex projects across industrial, commercial, institutional, and mission-critical sectors. As a leading builder in the data center and advanced industrial markets, it is recognized for its full-service capabilities, innovative approach, and proven track record of delivering quality and reliability at scale.
Job Description
Lead data center projects from planning through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Direct and mentor project teams, including administration staff and engineers, while partnering with superintendents to set operational priorities. Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue with strict adherence to estimates and client expectations. Resolve complex challenges involving labor, staffing, materials, equipment, and subcontractor management. Partner with Safety leadership to maintain compliance with stringent data center safety and security protocols. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers. Manage critical documentation - including RFI logs, change orders, and commissioning records - essential to mission-critical facility delivery.
