5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience in data collection, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques, including predictive modeling (e.g., regression, time series analysis). Experience developing data-driven insights and leveraging these to communicate recommendations for multiple audiences. Experience with developing technical requirements and product roadmaps for carbon data solutions. Ability to leverage AI tools and solutions in the data life cycle. About the job

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. The team works cross-functionally to define and coordinate strategy, develop and scale new solutions that accelerate decarbonization, and serve as a point of technical coordination across Google on energy and carbon. Responsibilities
Manage carbon data solutions necessary to achieve carbon reduction goals, including the identification of new features as needed. Define requirements for data solutions and work with business POCs to define user requirements and business requirements for user-friendly and informative dashboards and tooling solutions. Drive process improvements and scope tool developments for business intelligence. Establish data and methodology governance processes to ensure accurate and reliable carbon data. Develop data insights for the carbon reduction roadmap, leveraging granular carbon footprint data by region, machine type, and business unit.
