About the Team

As a Manager Product on the Support Innovation and Associate Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a product strategy that transforms the daily experience for 70K+ Capital One employees. You will specifically partner with our Support Innovation team to build and lead core elements of our strategy, weaving together best-in-class hardware, software, and ML/AI products. Your mission: empower our incredible Support team members with next-generation technologies that enhance our ability to effectively and efficiently solve Associate issues, while simultaneously identifying and root causing problems that negatively impact the Associate experience everyday. This role requires a strategy-minded, process-focused, and data-driven Product Manager who will champion the needs of both the Support Agent and Associate customers. You will leverage product insights unlocked through a deep understanding of data and the customer journey to inform our product roadmap, ensuring measurable improvements for our customers and the achievement of target business outcomes. You will be responsible for strategy and feature definition and development in close partnership with our technology teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about combining data, technology, and a strong customer obsession. You are comfortable engaging in conversations with engineering and data science teams, as well as stakeholders and senior leaders, to present a compelling strategy and build buy-in with partners. You are energized by the idea of solving problems that negatively impact your 70K co-workers. At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
