Job Description
Support senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing luxury residential construction projects. Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain workflow and quality standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications. Help manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs. Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to address questions or issues. Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Support procurement of materials and equipment as needed for project execution. Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment on-site and in the office. Organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Knowledgeable in luxury residential construction methods and materials Able to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans Collaborative and team-oriented Capable of multitasking and managing competing priorities Problem-solving mindset with proactive decision-making Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking Committed to quality, safety, and client satisfaction Professional and accountable in all interactions Eager to learn and grow under senior project management guidance What's on Offer
Base Salary:
$85,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience Performance Bonus:
Annual bonus up to 10% of base salary tied to project milestones and company performance Health Benefits:
