Job Description
Support/manage the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up projects in high-rise, multifamily, hospitality, and mid-rise sectors. Assist with budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes. Track progress, identify risks, and help resolve issues to keep projects on track. Foster communication among clients, contractors, design teams, and internal staff. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Successful Applicant
2-5 years (APM) or 5+ years (PM) of construction management experience, ideally in ground-up multifamily, hospitality, or high-rise projects. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset, with ambition to grow into greater project leadership. What's on Offer
