Job Description
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Class A office interior construction projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal staff to align on project goals. Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation. Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and building codes. Oversee closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation. The Successful Applicant
Proven experience managing Class A office interior construction projects. Strong understanding of commercial interiors, finishes, and build-out processes. Skilled in budget management, scheduling, and project documentation. Effective communicator with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. Leadership skills to guide teams and maintain strong client relationships. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
