Job Description
Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and delivering interior healthcare projects on time and within budget. Assist with managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and other project documentation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources while escalating risks or issues as needed. Conduct site visits to track quality, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards. Help maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by ensuring clear communication and timely responses. Contribute to project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
