Senior Structured Cabling Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings for assigned projects, including financials Manage installation schedules and supervise foremen & teams across multiple job sites Coordinate systems such as: Structured Cabling, Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms, DAS Oversee subcontractors and enforce quality control and safety compliance Maintain detailed project records: invoices, materials, job tickets, and documentation Handle contract management tasks, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and financial aspects Communicate professionally with clients, GCs, and stakeholders Ensure code compliance, OSHA safety practices, and jobsite readiness Participate in equipment staging and collaborate with all logistics Provide regular updates to the Operations team on job progress and challenges Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in low-voltage or electrical construction management Strong leadership and time management skills Proficiency in computer skills including- Microsoft Office/ Suite, Outlook, and tools like Bluebeam, McCormick, ComputerEase Working knowledge of contract documents, financials, blueprints, and low-voltage systems Understanding of NEC, local building/electrical codes, and job site safety protocols Certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, NICET, or OSHA 30 (preferred) Regular travel to various worksites Experience on large commercial projects is a plus
